Application form for Cancellation of udyam registration

ENTER UDYAM / UDYOG AADHAAR NUMBER :Applicants should enter his/her 19-digits udyam number, As mentioned on udyam certificate

TYPE OF CANCELLATION :Applicant needs to choose the reason for cancellation of his/her registration with udyam. आवेदक को उद्यम के साथ अपना पंजीकरण रद्द करने का कारण चुनना होगा।

TERM & CONDITION :Applicants need to accept terms and conditions, by checking the boxes. Also, applicants need to share the OTP for further process of application. आवेदकों को बॉक्स चेक करके हमारी नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करना होगा। साथ ही, आवेदकों को आवेदन की आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए ओटीपी साझा करना होगा।
